Well-presented public areas. Great pool area with hot springs. Lovely mountain view from balcony. Comfortable bed with English TV. Super friendly staff. Close to Fragrant Hills park and Botanic Gardens. Hot spring pools were a bonus. Enjoyable natural environment.

Staying here was a luxurious experience, the exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations. I especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, well-equipped with a hot tub and a sauna. the restaurant had a wide range of dishes, and the dishes were beautifully presented. the Bar/Lounge area was spacious and comfortable, serving both classic and modern cocktails. the service was impeccable, showing great attention to detail.

The only minor issue was the location. Although this hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountain scenes, the hotel is a bit remote from the city center, making it inconvenient for those who prefer to be close to the city's attractions.

There were a few downsides to my stay. Some of the other guests were quite noisy at night, with doors banging and shouting late into the night.
